Generally these sites provide links to a file hosting and you download it from there, which can suck if you find out your country is banned from by that site. You could go with the direct download route which is a bit less common but there are reliable sites out there that have on-going/complete series. People unfamiliar with using torrents might be a bit overwhelmed at first but once you learn the basic concepts its very easy to use. Even if someone is seeding your D/L speed may end up being pretty bad if there isn't much in the swarm. Torrents are probably the easiest solution but downside is if no one is seeding the torrent your screwed. Actually quite a lot of sites out there if you spend the time looking.
