This role is based in NYC, and reports to the Head of Studios & Podcast Operations. We also operate the SoundUp program in the US and internationally, which seeks to raise up the next generation of podcasters.
This includes planning, budgeting, programming, scheduling, commercial operations, as well as our physical facilities, and the alignment of our efforts with the consumer R&D organization. In practice, the Operations team oversees all shared aspects of business and functional support that goes into running our podcast studios. Spotify Studios is the team encompassing all of Spotify’s original and exclusive podcasts, including our US Studios The Ringer, Gimlet, Parcast, as well as our podcast efforts in international markets. You will help us manage a high functioning audio operation at a time when Studios, and the podcast industry more broadly, is rapidly growing and evolving. This is an opportunity to learn how many parts of the podcast business work together. The right candidate is highly organized, collaborative, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to develop project management skills. We are hiring an Executive Assistant & coordinator to support the Head of Studios and Podcast Operations, as well as the broader operations team.
